Through heart-centered meditation, we gently quiet the mind and reconnect with the heart, allowing greater contentment, calm, compassion, courage, and clarity to emerge naturally.
Each session includes gentle preparation, relaxation, meditation, and quiet reflection in a welcoming environment.
No experience is necessary.
Whether you're completely new to meditation or have practiced for years, you're welcome.

Heartfulness is an experiential meditation practice open to people of every faith, philosophy, or background. It is not about changing what you believe, but about cultivating stillness, awareness, and a more peaceful way of living.

Meet one-on-one to experience the practice, ask questions, and develop confidence in a daily meditation routine.
You'll learn the four foundational
Heartfulness practices:
Relaxation - Settle the body and quiet the nervous system.
Meditation - Rest attention gently in the heart and allow inner stillness to emerge naturally.
Cleaning - Release the mental and emotional residue that accumulates throughout the day.
Prayer - Cultivate humility, openness, gratitude, and a deeper connection within.
Over time, stillness begins to influence how we think, feel, relate, work, and move through everyday life.
No experience is necessary. The training is free, personal, and open to anyone who is sincerely interested in beginning a daily practice.
